Overview

This License & Usage page explains how you may use digital products purchased from ConcreteCalculate.com, including the Concrete Contractor Estimator Pack and other paid digital products we offer.

By purchasing and downloading a product, you agree to use it according to the license applicable to your purchase and our Terms of Use .

What Your Purchase Includes

When you purchase a ConcreteCalculate digital product, you receive a license to use the files included with that product as described on its product page and under the applicable license terms.

V4 PRODUCT

Concrete Contractor Estimator Pack V4

The V4 package includes one reusable Microsoft Excel estimating workbook with 11 connected worksheets, together with five supporting PDF documents.

The workbook covers project setup, concrete quantities, ready-mix and bagged concrete, project costs, client estimates, job costing, change orders, dashboard reporting, pricing references and help.

Your purchase permits reuse across your own projects and internal use by employees and team members of the same purchasing business. You may share completed estimates and calculation results with clients, but not the original workbook or documentation files.

A purchase grants permission to use the product under its license. It does not transfer ownership of the original content, design, formulas or branding.

Permitted Personal and Business Use

You may use your purchased product for:

  • Your own personal projects.
  • Your own internal business operations, including commercial construction estimating, preparing bids and working with clients.
  • Repeated project estimating within the purchasing business.

Sharing Completed Estimates With Clients

You may use calculation results, quantities, prices, completed client estimates and other project-specific outputs generated from the workbook in your normal business activities.

For example, you may export a completed ESTIMATE worksheet to PDF and send it to a client as part of a quotation or bid.

Client-facing outputs are different from the original product files.

Permission to share a completed client estimate does not grant permission to distribute the reusable workbook, its templates or its supporting documentation.

Modification of Your Purchased Copy

You may modify your own purchased workbook or files to accommodate your own workflow, where technically possible.

  • Adjust formulas and calculations.
  • Add your own project information.
  • Add or reorganize rows.
  • Customize formatting.
  • Adapt the workbook for your internal business needs.
Modified copies remain subject to this license.

Modifying your purchased product does not give you permission to redistribute, sublicense or resell it.

Internal Employee and Team Use

If you purchase a product for your business, your employees and team members within that same purchasing business may use it internally to perform work for the business.

This includes staff estimators or other employees working on projects for the purchasing business. You do not need a separate license for every internal project prepared within that business.

Internal team use does not authorize distribution to unrelated businesses, outside clients, other companies or the general public.

Prohibited Uses

Unless separately authorized in writing by ConcreteCalculate, you may not:

  • Resell the original digital product.
  • Redistribute the workbook or supporting documents to unrelated third parties.
  • Sublicense the product.
  • Give away the product as a separate downloadable item, bonus or bundle component.
  • Upload the original files publicly.
  • Publish the reusable workbook or supporting documents on another website.
  • Share product downloads through public file-sharing services.
  • Sell or redistribute modified versions.
  • Claim ownership of ConcreteCalculate’s original content or branding.
  • Create a competing downloadable product substantially based on the original workbook.

Redistribution and Resale

This license does not permit distributing or reselling the original product or modified copies, whether free of charge or for payment.

The restriction does not prevent permitted internal team use within the purchasing business or sharing completed project-specific estimates with clients.

Intellectual Property

ConcreteCalculate retains ownership of its original workbooks, documentation, branding, formulas, written content, design elements and other intellectual property included in its digital products, except for materials explicitly identified as third-party content.

A license to use — not a transfer of ownership.

Purchasing a product grants permission to use it under the applicable license. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying files.

Construction and Estimating Disclaimer

ConcreteCalculate digital products, including estimating workbooks, are intended as construction estimating and planning aids.

They are not professional engineering or architectural advice and do not replace a licensed professional’s review where one is required.

These products do not guarantee project costs, material quantities, accuracy of user-provided information or compliance with local building codes.

You remain responsible for reviewing calculations, dimensions, project conditions, local requirements, supplier pricing, labor costs, taxes, permits and other project-specific information.

Where appropriate, consult a qualified construction professional, engineer or local building department before relying on an estimate for a real project.

Free Resources and Digital Products

This page principally governs purchased digital products. Free resources, including free ebooks, guides and calculators, may have their own copyright notices and permitted-use conditions.

Receiving a free resource does not automatically grant permission to redistribute or resell it. Refer to the notice accompanying that particular resource.

Product Updates

ConcreteCalculate may provide corrections, improvements or updates to a purchased product at no additional cost when available.

Future major editions, substantially expanded products or separate digital products may be offered independently.

License Term and Termination

Your license continues for as long as you comply with the applicable license terms.

If you violate the license, including through unauthorized redistribution, resale or public sharing, your authorization to use the product may be terminated. You must then stop the unauthorized activity.
