Liability cap: The previous version of these Terms stated a total liability cap of US $100. Subject to applicable law, that cap is retained here for claims arising from use of the free Website. Claims concerning paid digital products may also be subject to the purchase terms and mandatory consumer protections that apply to the transaction.

14. Responsibility for Misuse and Third-Party Claims

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for third-party claims and reasonable associated costs resulting from your intentional misuse of the Website, unlawful conduct, infringement of another party’s rights, or material violation of these Terms.
